We recommend participants to stay in the host hotel Sofitel Cocagne Eindhoven or the host holiday houses: 't Wolfsven in Mierlo. Special rates apply for participants.

Hotel Sofitel Cocagne Eindhoven

The 4*-host hotel is centrally located near restaurants, bars and the railway / bus station. The tennis courts are 20 minutes per car (like all previous years). Participants of Smashing Valentine can book the Executive rooms. The Executive rooms have tv, minibar, coffee tea, newspaper, WiFi and the exclusive Sofitel My Bed. Access to the Active Club (sauna, fitness and swimming pool) is free.

Sofitel offer a very special rate for all participants of Smashing Valentine. The exclusive executive rooms are available for € 114,- per room per night (breakfast included). There are only 60 Executive rooms available, we recommend to make your booking soon. Please note that you can only book an executive room through this contact information and not through their or another online registration system.

Note that the dinner and party on Saturday night will be held at the Sofitel Cocagne.

Other hotels

If the host hotel is full or not meeting your requirements, we also have negotiated rates at the Crown Eden Hotel. Rates € 89,-. And of course Mandarin Park Plaza is also still available. They offer a room for € 119,- per room (2 persons) . All including breakfast. You can book these hotels by contacting the hotel directly. Check their website for the contact details.

Holiday houses 't Wolfsven

Only 8 minutes driving from the tennis venue you can rent a holiday house. On a beautifull site several bungalows for maximum 4 or 6 persons are available for the participants of Smashing Valentine. All bungalows have fully equiped living rooms (incl. TV), kitchen (incl. fridge and micro wave), and 2 bedrooms. Rates: 4 person bungalow (W4A): € 179,-- per bungalow incl. gas, water, electricity and entrance to swimming pool. A 6 person bungalow (W6A) cost € 199,--. Not included: administration costs, tourist tax, towels, sheets , and exit cleaning of bungalow. Please note: The bungalows can be used between 1 and 8 February 2010 despite the number of nights. These prices are identical to the the rates for 4 nights last year. So a very cheap and interesting option !!!! We recommend to book one of the bungalows

Hosted housing

Members and volunteers of Kouros Eindhoven are offering places to stay for participants of the tournament. If you want to stay with one of them, the organization of the tournament can offer help. The number of hosting addresses is limited, and hosted housig can be arranged for a maximum of 4 nights. Requests will be treated on a first come first serve base. If you want to be hosted please contact Erik Jansen at housing@smashingvalentine.nl. Please indicate the number of nights (max.4) and the day of arrival.
